Working with us
What areas do you serve?
Door, Brown, and Kewaunee counties. If you're not sure whether we cover your address, call or text 920-421-1336 and we'll let you know.
Do you work with small businesses, or only homes?
Both. We do the same installation, repair, and support work for homes and small businesses.
How soon will I hear back?
We reply to calls, texts, and messages within two business days.
Can you come in the evening or on a weekend?
Yes. Evening and weekend appointments are available. Tell us what works for you when you get in touch.
How much will it cost?
Every job is different, so we don't list prices. Estimates are free, and you'll have a price before any work starts.
Starlink
What does a Starlink installation include?
A sky-view check to find the right spot, mounting on the roof, a pole, or in the yard, clean cable routing with a sealed entry point, and wifi setup inside. The details are on our Starlink installation page.
I already bought a kit. Can you install it?
Yes. If you have a kit sitting in a box, we'll install it for you.
Someone else installed my Starlink and it isn't working well. Can you look at it?
Yes. We troubleshoot existing Starlink setups and equipment that someone else installed, whether the problem is the dish location, the cabling, or the wifi inside.
Will Starlink work at my place with all the trees?
It depends on how much open sky the dish can see, which is the first thing we check. Our post on what to know before installation explains what makes the difference.
Are you part of Starlink or SpaceX?
No. We're an independent local installer and are not affiliated with SpaceX. We handle the installation and setup at your place.
Computers and other work
Do I have to bring my computer to you?
No. We come to you, or we can pick the computer up and bring it back when it's done. Some problems can also be fixed remotely, without a visit.
What kinds of computer problems do you fix?
Slow computers, viruses and pop-ups, failing hard drives, dead batteries, cracked screens, and lost files. See computer repair for more.
Do you do electrical and wiring work too?
Yes. We do electrical work such as outlets, switches, lighting, and EV charger installs, and low-voltage work such as network wiring and security cameras.
